SOA Semiconductor Optical Amplifier

OTS3000-SOA Semiconductor Optical Amplifier is kind of function card in optical communication platform. It applies O-band 100GE high speed optical signal amplification to prolong its transmission distance when the optical signal is not enough to meet the requirement of the optical transmission distance. Its maximal rate can be 160Gb/s to support one optical link and two optical link amplification, users can choose one optical input with one output amplification or two optical input with twop output amplification.
