School-enterprise co-construction platform

In order to further deepen the cooperation and exchange between schools and enterprises, broaden the employment channels of graduates, promote the integration of industry and education, realize the complementary advantages and resource sharing of schools and enterprises, and promote the development of "production, learning and research", on the morning of January 16, 2024, more than 40 students from Guilin University of Technology visited our company and were warmly received by Guanglong Science and Technology Human Resources Administration Center.

Colleagues from the Human Resources Administration Center led the students of Polytechnic University to visit our R&D laboratory and production workshop at close range, and introduced in detail the whole process process platform of our optical chip semiconductors, so that the students had a detailed understanding of the wide range of application fields of our products, highlighting our company's focus on the development of an innovative technology system with enterprises as the core, market as the guide, and close integration of production, education and research. At the same time, the colleagues of the Human Resources Administration Center also patiently answered the students' employment and job questions, so that they had a clearer understanding of their future career planning, and advocated that the students should grasp more internship opportunities to lay a good foundation for future employment and far-reaching development direction.
