Fire Drill Conducted at GLsun

A large scale fire drill with all staff members involved is held at GLsun Science and Tech Zone on April 30.

 

The fire drill stimulates a fire caused by the burst of the gas storage tank in the air compressor room, which lead to the ignition of the combustible goods in the nearby warehouse. Company staff immediately called 119 and initiated company emergency plan to organize fire fighting and self-rescue. Company security personnel memorized the safety escape routes and guided staff members to evacuate from the building in an orderly manner, which was completed in 2 minutes and 51 seconds.

 

The fire instructor also taught the knowledge of fire safety to participants through on-site explanation, then under the guidance of the fire instructor, participants actively practiced using dry powder fire extinguisher to put out the fire.

 

This fire drill provides an abundance of useful lessons that can be employed for future drills or actual situations. GLsun will continue to attach great importance to production safety.
